TAL RUBENCZYK, CEO
Tal is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of Celebros, where he headed the marketing division for more than seven years. Under his leadership Celebros grew to become one of the leading international vendors of search and navigation solutions. Tal brings his e-commerce knowledge, international marketing experience and networking connections to Treepodia.

SIMON PEIRSON, UK BUSINESS DIRECTOR
In Simon’s career thus far, he has been instrumental in opening up foreign markets for numerous large concerns – creating business opportunities in both the UK and Southern Africa. Prior to joining Treepodia, he was selected to head up the U.K. division at Celebros and was largely responsible for making them the Market Leader. With a flair for Business Development, Simon brings a wealth of e-commerce knowledge and experience to the Treepodia team in his role as UK Director.

RAN TESSLER, VP R&D
Prior to joining Treepodia, Ran was the R&D manager of Nolio, team manager at Continuity Software, and held various positions at Mercury Interactive. Ran brings with him many years of experience in management, software development and technology.

DR. MELODY KING, VP MARKETING AND SALES
Melody has 13 years of experience in IT, focusing the last 7 in ecommerce.During this tenure, she consulted with more than 500 organizations to assist with increasing their site usability, merchandising, conversion, and order size. She has a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, BSIT with a minor in DBA, and MBA.

ANDREAS BERNER, GERMAN BUSINESS DIRECTOR
Andreas has been working in the telecom and ecommerce businesses since 1995, where he's gained expertise in building up successful businesses in different domains. From 2004-2008 he worked for Celebros in Germany, leading the company to become one of the top two suppliers of site search solutions for ecommerce shops.

MATAN YOM TOV, VP CONTENT
With more than 10 years of experience in the service and content departments of large companies and organizations, including the banking and telecom industry, Matan brings his cross-sector skills and abilities to Treepodia where he leads the Video Content department. Matan has a B.Sc. in computer and electronic engineering.
 
TAMIR BEN RECHAV, COO
Tamir has many years of experience in the domains of operations management, project management and process engineering. Prior to joining Treepodia he served as the Operation Lead of the West Europe Service Division at Comverse. Tamir holds a B.Sc. and an M.E. in Industrial Engineering.
 
ADAM RUSS, VP SERVICE
Adam has many years of experience in the domains of web development and software engineering, as well as a B.Sc. in computer science. As a former co-founder of a small retail store chain he brings to his role at Treepodia his vast knowledge of both retailing and customer service.
